All volunteers pick up your FREE Christmas Party Ticket from Jane (available from 16th October) The party is on 12th December 2024 12-4pm.
Available Volunteering Roles at Core:
Please speak to Sam or Becky
-promoting Core locally, eg delivering posters, leaflets to garden centres, shops etc
-help source raffle prizes
-Mondays 9-10am move ing heavy tables and chairs
-Could you help with difficult online forms eg blue badge, attendance allowance
-Could you help with the monthly lunch club, serving, waitressing or washing up
-Help unload the food pantry delivery on a Monday

Could You be a Volunteer or Trustee?
Do you have some spare time, perhaps a couple of hours a week? Do you have a particular skill you would like to share? Perhaps learn a new skill while helping at the centre. Volunteers at CORE help in the day to day running of the centre offering a variety of opportunities including: * answering the phone * dealing with general enquiries * helping to provide our office services *research and marketing *specific skills such as languages, IT, sewing *befriending/welcoming people/making a cuppa Volunteers also help in the management of the centre on the Board of Trustees. Some volunteers have a particular skill they would like to share, for example, running the twice weekly card making, Think you might be interested?
