Our new "Bereavement Journey" course starts Nov 23.......
After a bereavement, you may have friends or family you can confide in, but being able to talk to someone entirely outside the situation, going through the same experience, can be really valuable.
Support is given by our trained volunteers who offer a listening ear and many practical ways to cope and to help move forward if the time is right for you.
