Do you want to take the right step to help prevent falls? This group is aimed at people over 60 who feel unsteady on their feet, are worried about their balance and have either had a trip or fall or feel they may do so. Our gentle exercises help promote core strength and improved mobility, aiming to help people feel more confident and stronger.
