Core can provide an online meeting via Zoom with Heather, in our private room – we set everything up so there's no need to worry about technology.
You will be able to meet with Heather at Step Forward – appts' are available at either 10.30 or 1.30 Mon to Thurs but there is generally a 2-3 week wait as demand is high.

- setting a realistic budget that prioritise essential bills
- contacting the people you owe
- negotiate and agree a way for you to start to repay your debts
- ask for interest and other charges to be stopped
- they also have access to insolvency specialists who can offer a range of insolvency services in appropriate circumstances
