Making the most of CORE Office Services
Lesley has lived in Calverton for many years and is a regular user of the facilities at the CORE Centre, especially the fax machine.  "It is very convenient for me; otherwise I would have to ride a bus into the next town.  I have also used the Citizens’ Advice Bureau which comes to CORE every Monday.  This is a fantastic service which, again, we would all have to travel to use if it were not for its base at the CORE Centre.

I know that the CORE Centre has many more popular activities and well-used services, including lots of courses.  Groups such as Dementia Carers, Chair-based Exercise, Hearing Clinic and an independent Job Club also meet and thrive at CORE.  I hear the Job Club has been very successful in helping people into work or pointing them towards training for jobs. I really hope that CORE keeps going for many more years to come.  It is a very valuable resource in Calverton for people of all ages.
