The Falls Prevention and Management by Exercise course – ‘Strong and Steady’
This course is aimed at people over 60 who feel unsteady on their feet, are worried about their balance and have either had a trip or fall or feel they may do so.
The Instructor – Sara Davies
As a Fitness Instructor and Personal Trainer, Sarah specialises in supporting people with long term health conditions, on either a one to one basis or in small groups.
She is a qualified Level 4 Postural Stability Instructor, Cardiac and Pulmonary Rehab Instructor and Level 3 GP Exercise Referrals Instructor.
She also is a Walk for Health Leader and a Sport England Coach in Running Fitness.
